Baltimore Ancestry Project
This Sunday, May 25, we will be demonstrating our Baltimore Ancestry Project.
- The Baltimore Ancestry Project (BAP) is an online display of names and ancestries that have been submitted by members.
- Members will be able to search and view the information in a variety of formats: Individual and Family Group Sheets, Pedigree and Descendant charts.
- Since most of our members have research interests in the greater Baltimore area, there is a chance that connections will be made.
This will take place during the general meeting at 2:00 pm. Our guest speaker, Malissa Ruffner will talk about the Baltimore City Archives at 3:00 pm.
Prior to our general meeting, the library will be open from 12 – 2 pm. The Eastern European Interest Group will meet from 11:45 am to 1 pm and the Computer Genealogy Interest Group will meet from 1 – 2 pm.
Guests are always welcome.
